Patient Reported Experience Measures Survey (PREMs)

PREMs help us to gain valuable information on the experience consumers have when accessing healthcare.

This assists us to know what we are doing well and what areas we need to focus on improving.

If you complete a survey about your experience of receiving care, your feedback is anonymous.

PREM survey collection at SA Dental

You may be asked by our service to complete a brief survey about your experience of receiving care.

  • Survey completion is voluntary and there will be no impact on your care if you decide not to participate.
  • As an SA Dental patient, you may receive an invitation link via text message (SMS) to complete the survey.
  • Surveys can be filled out via a secure website using your own device.
  • If you do not have access to the internet or you would like assistance completing the survey, you are able to ask a family member or friend for assistance.
  • Alternatively, please contact SA Dental on 7117 0052 for further advice.

How long does the survey take?

The surveys are designed to be brief. Most people respond to the questions within 5-10 minutes.

How will the survey results be reported?

Once you complete your PREM survey, your results will immediately be available to the SA Dental team.

Your PREM feedback is anonymous and will help us to gain valuable information about what we are doing well and what areas we need to focus on to improve your healthcare experience.

How will the information be kept secure?

All information you provide will be stored on a secure SA Health platform and handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and SA Health’s Privacy Policy Directive.
